वैसे तो दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कोर्पोरेशन (DMRC) दिल्ली की जीवन रेखा कही जाती है और पूरी तरह से चकाचौध माहौल बनाये हुए है लेकिन इस संगठन के चमचमाते चेहरे के पीछे कितनी कालिख जमी हुई है ये अब सामने आने लगी है. दिल्ली मेट्रो को शोहरत के इस ऊंचाई पर पहुँचाने वाले मेट्रो कर्मचारियों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है. आये दिन गैर-कानूनी तरीके से मेहनती और ईमानदार कर्मचारियों की मेट्रो प्रबंधन द्वारा बर्खास्तगी के मामले सामने आते रहे हैं और मेट्रो कर्मचारियों ने समय - समय पर तानाशाही और मेट्रो में व्याप्त धांधली और भ्रष्टाचार के विरोध में आवाज भी उठायी हैं लेकिन दिल्ली मेट्रो की झूठी शान और प्रतिष्ठा ने हमेशा इनके आवाज को मीडिया को खरीद फरोक्त कर दबाने की कोशिश की है. हाल ही में जब एक मेट्रो इंजीनियर ने दिल्ली मेट्रो में सहायक प्रबंधकों की विभागीय भर्तीयों में भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई तो दिल्ली मेट्रो के अधिकारीयों ने उस पर फर्जी आरोप लगाकर चार्जशीट दे दी. उसके जवाब को दरकिनार करते हुए उसके खिलाफ जांच बैठा दी लेकिन इस मेट्रो इंजीनियर ने हिम्मत करके मामले को माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्...
